Dungeon master

work in progress. Originally this was 'Executioner' but i thought that was too grisly a title. So I gave him some keys and made him dungeon master instead. The hooded head piece is obviously way too large. I'll change that at some point for a regular medieval hood piece. And the axe will be going. I'll redo the shackle too. I think a chain might be easier to add.
